Eligibility
Open to legal residents of select ZIP codes in Middle Tennessee as determined by Sponsor, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries originating outside the eligible area are void. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.
Entry Period
Begins: October 24, 2026 at 7:27 AM CT
Ends: October 25, 2026 at 9:00 PM CT
All entries must be received before the end date. Sponsor's computer is the official
time-keeping device.
How to Enter
Visit contest.bloomwithchiro.com, complete the entry form with your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code, follow Blooming Chiropractic on both Instagram and Facebook, check the attestation box, and submit. One entry per person. Duplicate entries (same email or phone number) will be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) grand prize: Massage Gun. No cash substitute. Prize is non-transferable.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. Sponsor will verify that the winner follows Blooming Chiropractic on both Instagram and Facebook at the time of verification. If the winner cannot be verified, an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted directly by Sponsor via the email address provided at entry. The winner has 3 days to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner is not announced publicly.
Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time. Void where prohibited. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
